A new documentary explores how women in Hollywood are pushing for more representation in front of and behind the camera. Geena Davis and director Maria Giese discuss the dramatic disparities on screen. Geena Davis starred in two movies about female empowerment – “Thelma & Louise” and “A League Of Their Own.” But when she got older and roles started to dry up, she realized how unempowered women were in Hollywood.
