Peabody-award-winning Wendy Calhoun’s unique career spans one-hour dramas, unscripted series, VR, and gaming. Today, she’s developing three new TV series with FX, Universal UK, and Realm featuring bold leading roles for women and people of color. Her scripted drama credits include writing and producing the historic blockbuster first season of “EMPIRE” and the debut seasons of “THE ROOKIE FEDS,” “PRODIGAL SON,” “STATION 19,” “NASHVILLE,” “REVENGE,” and “JUSTIFIED.” She’s a frequent guest speaker for Film Independent, the Austin Film Festival, and the National Academy of Sciences Entertainment Exchange. Calhoun is an honored alumnus of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
