Elizabeth Kilpatrick (she/her) serves as the Senior Vice President of Development and Operations at the Geena Davis Institute, a pioneering organization dedicated to eliminating unconscious bias, promoting gender balance, and challenging stereotypes in media. With more than two decades of experience in fundraising, marketing, and program management, she plays a key role in advancing the Institute’s mission.

Driving Impact at the Geena Davis Institute

As a strategic leader, Elizabeth oversees operational efficiency and fundraising efforts, working closely with the President & CEO to ensure the sustainability and growth of the Institute. Her contributions have been instrumental in securing resources that drive the organization’s groundbreaking research and advocacy initiatives.

She also serves as a Producer of the Emmy-nominated, People’s Choice and Gracie Award-winning television show Mission Unstoppable with Miranda Cosgrove on CBS and as Executive Producer of the upcoming documentary Nothing Fits. These projects exemplify the Institute’s commitment to amplifying diverse voices and reshaping narratives in media.

In recognition of its profound and long-lasting impact on television, Elizabeth and her colleagues at the Geena Davis Institute received the prestigious Governors Award from the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences at the 2022 Emmy Awards.
