Peabody Finalist, winner of three Daytime Emmys, two Annie Awards and a Writers Guild Award, as well as eleven additional Daytime Emmy nominations, Carin Greenberg is a creator, writer, story editor and producer of children’s entertainment. Currently, she is Executive Producer of Weather Hunters, an animated series in production at PBS which she developed with and for America’s Weatherman, Al Roker. Previous credits include: Executive Story Editor/Writer of Duck & Goose for Apple TV+; Co-Creator, writer and Executive Producer of QUARANTWEEN: the Musical, a digital special for TheaterWorksUSA; Co-Executive Producer/Story Editor of Kinderwood for Nick Jr/Noggin, selected for the 2021 Annecy International Animation Festival; Co-Executive Producer/Story Editor of seasons 2,3 & 4 of the multi-award-winning Tumble Leaf for Amazon Kids. Earlier credits include story editing and writing for Nick Jr.’s Kinderwood, Lalaloopsy,Allegra’s Window & Gullah Gullah Island; HBO’s The Weight of the Nation for Kids Quiz Ed!, which received a 2013 Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Children’s Television Program as well as Harold and the Purple Crayon and A Little Curious; Disney Jr’s Octonauts; Discovery’s Growing Up Creepie and ToddWorld, HBO’s, the original PBS series Ghostwriter, and many many more. Prior to her work in television, Greenberg authored 26 books for children, including her seven-book Karate Club series for Penguin USA. Carin is a graduate of Yale University.
