Development & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time Virtual)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Development & Operations Coordinator to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week. This position supports both fundraising and day-to-day operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, project coordination, and working with data and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain donor records and process donations in our donor database
Generate donor acknowledgements and related correspondence
Coordinate and manage Charitybuzz auction activities
Assist with accounts payable and administrative support functions
Prepare reports and maintain organized records and files
Support fundraising initiatives, events, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Administrative, bookkeeping, nonprofit, or project coordination experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Comfortable learning new software and database systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Compensation: $25/hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Primarily remote with occasional support for meetings or events
