The Bentonville Film Festival (BFFoundation), in collaboration with Walmart and Coca-Cola, has announced its 2025 festival dates for June 16-22 in Bentonville, Arkansas. A major highlight of this year’s event will be the launch of the X Tracks Executive Licensing Summit, which will be curated by Steven Ekstract, managing director of Global Licensing Advisors. Co-presented by United Talent Agency (UTA), the summit will bring together Walmart buyers, marketers, merchandisers, and senior licensing executives to explore pivotal trends in entertainment, gaming, brand partnerships, and experiential activations. The event will feature the Brand Collaboration Corner, showcasing the most innovative partnerships, and promises unique networking opportunities for leaders to shape the future of consumer engagement.
The 2025 Bentonville Film Festival will also continue the BFFoundation’s mission to promote diversity and inclusion in media. The festival will feature the BFF Creator Convergence: Amplifying Voices and Ventures, a multi-day initiative supporting underrepresented creators by connecting them with industry leaders. In partnership swith the Geena Davis Institute, panels and discussions will be held to address critical issues such as women’s entrepreneurship, body representation, and maternal health.
