Diane Urban is an established consultant in digital media, entertainment, and
education. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education from
the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke
University. Additionally, she has a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the
workplace. Diane has led the development of award-winning mobile and web-based
games for prominent clients like General Mills, Pokémon, Disney Publishing, and
Disney Citizenship.

As a co-creator of COFFI LLC, the Coalition of Families for Inclusion, and through her
involvement with local school district DEI committees, Diane dedicates her time to
fostering inclusive environments and positive change in community settings. With a
passion for harnessing technology to enhance learning experiences, Diane continues to
pursue projects that innovate at the intersection of education, social impact, and
entertainment.
